All too often in our business we get bogged down with detail when we launch a new franchisee.

We give them a suitcase full of information, most of which they don’t need. They need to know what they need to know. In short they need to travel light with small ruck sack size amounts of information- not a suitcase full.

It’s a bit like pass the parcel. Open the parcel, go through the contents and then close the parcel and pass it to someone else!
